Welcome to Beach View Getaway, if you are looking to relax on the beach, soak in a spa or just sit at the pool reading a good book, then look no further, Beach View Getaway offers all of this, it is located towards the south end of the island and is on one of the widest stretches of sand of Fort Myers Beach.
Beach View Getaway is a resort style condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is impeccably decorated and furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to show off your culinary skills. The appliances include double door refrigerator with a freezer draw and built in ice maker, range, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar as well, perfect for the little ones to have their meals at.

There is plenty of room for everyone to gather around in the living/dining area. The living area is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 armchairs, a glass top coffee table and plenty of lighting as well as a flat screen tv for you to enjoy your favorite show. To the right of the living room is a wet bar complete with a small sink as well as 4 bar stools. The enormous sliding glass doors lead out the balcony, it has a tiled floor and it fully screened in. It has a round patio table with 4 chairs around it and 2 extra chairs. The view from the balcony is truly amazing, be sure to enjoy the sunsets overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The dining room is just a few steps from the living area, it can seat 6 people on the comfortable cushioned chairs, here you will enjoy many meals together.

Just off the living area is the master suite furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands, and lamps. There is a double dresser with a flat screen tv for your enjoyment. There are 2 separate balconies off the master suite, one is private and the other is shared with house guests. Just off the master suite is the master bathroom, it has 2 separate granite top vanities with plenty of storage for all your personal belongings. There is a corner garden jacuzzi tub as well as walk-in shower with built in body sprays.

Both guest rooms have queen size beds, dressers, nightstands, and flat screen tv’s, with plenty of closet space and have access to the balcony. The guest bathroom has a granite top vanity and a nice size walk-in shower with a ceiling rain shower head.

This unit also has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: Beach View Getaway is in the Gullwing Condo Building and Unit 602 is privately owned and NOT part of the Gullwing Resort Hotel operated by Sunstream Hotels & Resorts. As a result of this, some amenities in common areas offered to hotel guests that pay a daily resort fees are not available to guests of Unit 602, including the fitness center and business center.

Here at Gullwing 602 you do have the option to rent bikes, they can be rented through an app that is posted on the bikes, you will have to pay through a credit card.

Pursuant to the Rental Agreement, you agree to the following House Rules for your rental of the Property. If you have any questions regarding you Rental Agreement or use of the Property, please call Lisa at Shore To Please Vacation Rentals at (561) 252-1876

Please be respectful of our Property and the neighbors. No parties or noise that can be heard beyond the Property line, no illegal activity shall take place at the Property. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in or around any Property. Please use common courtesy at the Property by keeping it clean, report any problems and please take care of the garbage and place it in their respective bins.

Regarding pools and beaches, these can obviously be dangerous, please be aware and always supervise your children. Lifeguards are not on duty at the pools or beaches. Please be careful of all decks and patios, as they can be slippery when wet and can result in injury to anyone who is not careful. Renter accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of a pool, hot tub, beach, and deck/patio areas.

All properties are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, you will be provided all the necessary passwords. We do not provide land line phone service.

The Property is a fully furnished rental that will include a fully equipped kitchen, furnishings, TV, towels, pillows, blankets, bedspreads, and linens. The rental will also have a limited supply of paper products, (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues) there will also be dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and dish detergent. These supplies will not be replaced if consumed during your stay.

Renters will be charged for any missing items. The cleaning service performs an inventory of the property after guests depart and notifies Shore To Please Vacation Rentals of any missing items. Shore To Please Vacation Rentals will notify the guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.

Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and or Owner has the right to enter the Property to address any maintenance and repair issues or violations of any House Rules. If a maintenance issue occurs that significantly affects your rental, we reserve the right to refund at our discretion or try and relocate renter if another property is available.

Shore To Please Vacation Rentals or Owner assumes no liability for loss, damage, theft or injury to renter or renters’ guests. The renter and anyone else that is on Property of said Rental Agreement, fully releases and discharges Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has occurred, or have occurred, or may occur to the renter or any of the renters occupants of the Property and agrees to hold Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and Owner free and harmless of any claims or suit arising therefrom.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100.00/hour after a grace period of 30 minutes. Please check-out promptly, the cleaning crews have a very short time window to prepare the unit for new guests.

Upon checking-out, renters are responsible to complete the check-out procedures in the provided guest book that includes a check-out list.

Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and or Owner does not accept liability for any inconveniences caused by any temporary loss of water, electricity, gas, or plumbing caused by weather or road conditions, natural disasters or acts of God, or other reasons beyond Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and or Owner’s control. No refunds will be given for any delays or cancellations due to such conditions. It is highly recommended that the renter purchase traveler’s insurance.
