Welcome to Don’s Beachside Paradise, where you will take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of America from your 4th floor private balcony. This1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is the perfect vacation getaway. It is located in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club at the south end of the island. This is a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM rental property.

The condo has an open concept layout with the living area, kitchen and dining table in one open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals and then enjoy your meals out on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach. The couch converts to a full size sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed and dresser for all your belongings. The private bathroom has a tub/shower. All linens are included with this property. Please note that there is no partian between the bedroom and living area.. The condo does not have its own washer/dryer, there is a coin operated laundry room just outside the lobby, it takes quarters or you can download the app that is on the machines and pay that way. The office does keep quarters on hand if you need them.

The condo is equipped with 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. Estero Beach and Tennis Club has a spectacular heated pool with plenty of loungers to relax on and enjoy the sunshine, or you can take a short walk down to the pristine beach where you can sunbathe, go shelling, catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the water, take a nice stroll along the water’s edge, or play a game of tennis or pickleball on the new courts. Complimentary WIFI is in the unit.

Across the street from the condo is Santini Plaza, it has a few shops open at the moment, a liquor store, Ace Hardware, and it has a farmers market on Tuesday and Thursdays. Also close by is a CVS, and a 7-11 with a gas station. Publix, the grocery store is about 2 miles north of the condo.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a 5 days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass. It is located in the B building.

I would like to note that there is a beach restoration project that is going on right now, there is potential for noise at all hours. The pool is now fully open for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. If you are traveling with friends that need a place also, please contact me so I can check availability either in the same building or one of the other buildings associated with Estero Beach and Tennis Club.
