It is located across from the Santini Plaza, where you will find many different places to eat and lots of fun shops, as well as a post office.
The living area has a new 40-inch smart tv, you can watch many different channels or connect to your Amazon Prime Video account, Netflix, or Hulu. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area so you can have a guest spend the night. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to show off the chef in you, then you can choose to have your meal at the dining room table that seats 4 or you may want to enjoy your meals out on the lanai overlooking the gorgeous beach.
Right off the living area is the bedroom/bathroom. You will not doubt love to unwind and watch some tv on the 32-inch wall mounted tv, in the plush king size bed after a long day at the beach or pool. The full bath includes a walk-in shower and stocked with a limited supply of amenities.
The condo is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. Estero Beach and Tennis Club has a spectacular heated pool with plenty of loungers to relax on and enjoy the sunshine, or you can take a short walk down to the pristine beach where you can sunbathe, go shelling, catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the water or take a nice stroll along the water’s edge. There is a shared coin operated laundry room just outside the lobby. Complimentary WIFI is in the unit as well as in the common areas.
