Welcome to Pleasant Paradise where you will take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. This 1-bedroom condo is the perfect vacation getaway. It is located in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club at the south end of the island. This is a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM rental property. It is located across from the Santini Plaza, where you will find many different places to eat and lots of fun shops, as well as a post office.
The living area has a new 40-inch smart tv, you can watch many different channels or connect to your Amazon Prime Video account, Netflix, or Hulu. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area so you can have a guest spend the night. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to show off the chef in you, then you can choose to have your meal at the dining room table that seats 4 or you may want to enjoy your meals out on the lanai overlooking the gorgeous beach.
Right off the living area is the bedroom/bathroom. You will not doubt love to unwind and watch some tv on the 32-inch wall mounted tv, in the plush king size bed after a long day at the beach or pool. The full bath includes a walk-in shower and stocked with a limited supply of amenities.
The condo is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. Estero Beach and Tennis Club has a spectacular heated pool with plenty of loungers to relax on and enjoy the sunshine, or you can take a short walk down to the pristine beach where you can sunbathe, go shelling, catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the water or take a nice stroll along the water’s edge. There is a shared coin operated laundry room just outside the lobby. Complimentary WIFI is in the unit as well as in the common areas.

Please be respectful of our Property and the neighbors. No parties or noise that can be heard beyond the Property line, no illegal activity shall take place at the Property. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in or around any Property. Please use common courtesy at the Property by keeping it clean, report any problems and please take care of the garbage and place it in their respective bins.
Regarding pools and beaches, these can obviously be dangerous, please be aware and always supervise your children. Lifeguards are not on duty at the pools or beaches. Please be careful of all decks and patios, as they can be slippery when wet and can result in injury to anyone who is not careful. Renter accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of a pool, hot tub, beach, and deck/patio areas.
All properties are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, you will be provided all the necessary passwords. We do not provide land line phone service.
The Property is a fully furnished rental that will include a fully equipped kitchen, furnishings, TV, towels, pillows, blankets, bedspreads, and linens. The rental will also have a limited supply of paper products, (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues) there will also be dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and dish detergent. These supplies will not be replaced if consumed during your stay.
Renters will be charged for any missing items. The cleaning service performs an inventory of the property after guests depart and notifies Shore To Please Vacation Rentals of any missing items. Shore To Please Vacation Rentals will notify the guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.
Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and or Owner has the right to enter the Property to address any maintenance and repair issues or violations of any House Rules. If a maintenance issue occurs that significantly affects your rental, we reserve the right to refund at our discretion or try and relocate renter if another property is available.
Shore To Please Vacation Rentals or Owner assumes no liability for loss, damage, theft or injury to renter or renters’ guests. The renter and anyone else that is on Property of said Rental Agreement, fully releases and discharges Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has occurred, or have occurred, or may occur to the renter or any of the renters occupants of the Property and agrees to hold Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and Owner free and harmless of any claims or suit arising therefrom.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100.00/hour after a grace period of 30 minutes. Please check-out promptly, the cleaning crews have a very short time window to prepare the unit for new guests.
Upon checking-out, renters are responsible to complete the check-out procedures in the provided guest book that includes a check-out list.
Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and or Owner does not accept liability for any inconveniences caused by any temporary loss of water, electricity, gas, or plumbing caused by weather or road conditions, natural disasters or acts of God, or other reasons beyond Shore To Please Vacation Rentals and or Owner’s control. No refunds will be given for any delays or cancellations due to such conditions. It is highly recommended that the renter purchase traveler’s insurance.
