This a is 7-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL. The condo has an open concept layout with the living area, kitchen and dining area in one open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to show off the chef in you, you can choose to have your meal at the island that seats 4 or you may want to enjoy your meals out on balcony. The couch converts to a queen size sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a beautiful king size bed and a chest of drawers for all your belongings. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. All linens are included with this property. The condo does not have its own washer/dryer, there is a coin operated laundry room just outside the lobby, it takes quarters or you can download the app that is on the machine to pay by credit card. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. Estero Beach and Tennis Club has a spectacular heated pool with plenty of loungers to relax on and enjoy the sunshine, or you can take a short walk down to the pristine beach where you can sunbathe, go shelling, catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the water or take a nice stroll along the water’s edge. Complimentary WIFI is in the unit. This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a 5 days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass. It is located in the B building. The pool is now fully open for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo.
